Say what? The Apple iPhone will have 80GB of storage capacity? Well, if the screen-caps from the Apple iPhone and iTunes sync video is to be believed, it very well might. The operative word here is might. Acupo.com has the, um, scoop-o on the possibility of seeing an 80GB version of the Apple iPhone!

oh my god, thats a shot of the ipod 80GB syncronizing with iTunes…
they won’t upgrade the iPhone so quickly and what its even funnier…they would never upgrade it from 8GB to 80GB! haha

Yea, most likely it’s a screen cap of an 80GB iPod’s storage space. But, it is strange that Apple could have let something like this slip through the cracks.

But, it’s still fun to hope!

The additional space is worthless to me unless I can use it for something useful. I could care less about music and videos. If Apple would release a PDF reader that would work on the iPhone, along with a way to store PDF files, then they would have something useful. (Yes, I have an iPhone and use it. So I am not just an ‘Applebasher’).
