I need help with some few issues that came up after I installed the EMOZE application in my device:

1.I find that the Inbox folder is listed (under Accounts info) as the only ‘Push Folder’ and when I installed the application in my device, I was never provided with options from which to choose Push folders. Is this how the system is supposed to be?
2.It also looks like I am unable to add other things like Calendar, outbox, sent items, etc. Is there a way I could enable the application as currently installed in my device to add more ‘Push Folders’.
3.The EMOZE connector that I have installed in my PC shows the message ‘Connected’ in the bottom part of the dialogue box – what is it connected to? Also, on the left part of the box, it shows the message ‘Device not connected’. What does this mean? Do I need to get the message to change to ‘Device Connected’, and how do I do that?
4.Finally, I am able to get my emails from my POP3 home email account pushed to my device instantly, but I am unable to send out any emails. All the emails that I composed and tried to send out are all lined up in the outbox folder, with a note saying ‘ready to send’, but they are still queued up in the outbox, 24hour later. Why is this the case and how do I get the application to send emails out instantly?

The info on how RIM's service works is wrong.

No data is stored on RIM's servers. It's relayed through the RIM network operations center servers and the encryption, like a telephone operator would. The difference is the data is encrypted from the handheld to your mail system with no breaks.

If the NSA wants your data, they can sniff it out at the ISP backbone. It doesn't make sense for them to try to break it at RIM's NOC.
