I think Apple will release a new iphone. They wana stay with the hype. If they wait too long the hype will die. But for the most part they going to add GPS and 3G.

The iPhone is a travelers dream, watching a movie, listening to music, or finishing-up that audiobook, it just can’t be beat. For convenience, ease of carry, and utility, the iPhone is my verified choice. On the downside, is the batter can’t be changed-out, and carrying around an external power supply makes for more junk to keep track of. I hope Apple realizes they are losing out by not providing this feature. They could sell various capacity batteries for premium prices along with charging acessories. Apple, I hope you are listening! I think if they would incorporate this feature on a future iPhone, they would sell 10 million in less than a year!

Agree with Ben, maybe a software update for GPS? No new phone versions at this point. If there is, anyone want to buy a slightly used iphone?

I think it will only be a big software update for the iphone, it would be a bad business move on the part of apple to release a second iphone so soon. Do you remember how everyone got mad that the price was cut? Apple isn’t stupid enough to do that.

I hope there’s a new one soon. And then, another one after that. iPhone is forcing phones to get better, look better, feel better. I’ve got one. I love it. And, to everyone saying, “Ohhhh, you know there’s just going to be a better one coming.” I say, “I know. And when that happens, I’ll get it.”

apple is definitely workin on the Next generation iphones, but i realy dont think they r gonna release it next year coz they are wise enough to realise that if they do so they are not ganna meet their sales expectations of 10 million units of the first iphone.

I’ve heard romours about an iPhone 2.0 coming out?? I live in the UK so the first iPhone isn’t out untill November 9th, but I don’t want to go and buy that if adn iPhone 2 will be coming out the following year.

Can anyone confirm the romours about iPhone 2.0 are true???? thanks!
