The PR writer at Samsung is good. You don’t have to read past the first sentence to know what the hell is being announced:
Samsung Electronics, a leader in advanced semiconductor technology, announced the industry’s first 65 nanometer multi-standard channel decoder (S3C4F31) and multi-band radio frequency (RF) tuner (S5M8602) chipset which supports multi digital mobile TV standards including DVB-H/T, DAB-IP, ISDB-T, and terrestrial DMB for the multiple standards in the different countries around the world.
Mass production is expected to start in Q42007 for all you TV junkies out there.
