this technology already exists. NIR filter or near infra red filters combined with night vision camera can produce these results. It is well known in photography. The same thing can be achieved with a webcam.

i see this phone in news on tv in india. this phone is made by toshiba company for medical use and its only avalable in japan.you do not buy this phone in open market. its only avalable in gray market.if your relatives in japan ask them if they can do some thing.my friend in japan sending this phone for me .i pay triple amount to get this phone.to me its price is in lacks in indian ruppes
