CECT N6300 – Nokia 6300 ripoff

Again it’s CECT that rips off popular brand name phones. This time we’re presenting you with their “version” of the Nokia 6300. But the regular Nokia (NYSE: NOK) 6300 is not enough for CECT — no, they went for the gold version, which BTW is not made by Nokia. Hey, if they can make Vertu-like phones, why not Nokias?
Anyway, the Nokia 6300 clone is called CECT F16 and is “accidentally” labelled N6300. In terms of specs, this device boast a QVGA 2.6″ touchscreen, 1.3 MP camera, stereo speakers, and the microSD expansion slot. Not bad for a ripoff. Too bad CECT managed to ruin all the beauty of the 6300…

Well hi there! I signed up for an 18-month contract with T-Mobile in April this year and so far they are great. However, I got the Nokia 6300 from Carfone warehouse for free, paying T-Mob £20 pm and get £34 credit – along with a phone which appears to retail about £174…Doh! Anyway, I have been very happy with the fone and moreso the company (T-Mob) but after some browsing, discovered this site and noticed that the keypad on my own is not quite the same as the one in your picture. I am using the CECT q500 dual sim Mobile phone. I wanted to know what operating system is being used in it. While booting it shows windows mobile. I need this information so that I may try to install some extra software. Please help.

I have a cect V12 and it is the best phone i have ever had. I used to have a NOKIA N95 but it kept on breaking down. Yeah sure I admit it had better features
but i just didnt like so when i bought this phone it was the best dicision I ever made.
why cant anyone arrest this chinese crooks, they are infringing on copy rihgts of others.

First of all, the Chinese are not infringing on any copyright law; be it domestic or internaltional laws. They made subtle design changes, the OS is different, the features are much more elaborate, it does not use the design blueprint from Nokia or any other phone manufacturers. They are OEM and they have their own factories. Are you by the way a racist?? You seem to hate the Chinese….calling them crooks…please watch your language dude!!!! I think you OWE the Chinese people an APOLOGY!!!!

By the way…85 percent of almost all electronics are being manufactured in CHINA….better throw you DVD Player, your HDTV, your cellphone, your electric shaver your flashlight, your freezer, probably your car, home theater…..THEY HAVE CHINESE MADE COMPONENTS!!!!
