Nokia NgageIn an unprecedented move, Nokia is moving towards combining the mobile gaming experience with PCs. Pocket Gamer reports that Nokia is “well into development” on a super-secret N-gage title that will bring the mobile game to the PC screen. Codenamed “Project White Rock,” the new game is something of a departure from the traditional mobile gaming market. Project White Rock will apparently look the same on mobile and desktop screens alike – resolution and all. That next-generation N-gage is surely something to keep an eye on!

Developer RedLynx is working with Scott Foe out of Nokia’s San Francisco digs to bring this next-gen gaming title to us. Sources indicate that, despite having over 1,000 lines of recorded dialogue, Project White Rock will not be a role-playing game. A 3-D action game with PC-quality graphics on the N-gage platform? We can’t wait. Stay tuned for updates, we’ll bring you more info as we get it!
