Verizon releases new LG Chocolates, Motorola W385

It’s been a busy day for Verizon (NYSE: VZ), as the carrier announced four mid-range devices with three of them tasting like Chocolate. We knew about the VX8500 successor (VX8550) coming, but surprisingly Verizon also released the Motorola (NYSE: MOT)’s everything-but-impressive W385 phone. For 100 bucks after an online discount, you can pick Chocolate flavor that fits your taste – Blue Mint, Black Cherry or Black – and enjoy all the music you’re willing to buy via V Cast Music. On the other hand, $70 will get you the VZ Navigator-enabled and (sadly) VGA camera-equipped W385.

Hey, the W385 is pretty good! And it isn’t “anything but impressive”. It’s a great strong phone, more resistant than the ones before it.
