Most of the airports have them. Quite a few coffe shops and shopping malls have free chargers. But then again its very similar to the one pictured above (only moto, nok, se and samung). So if you are carrying the latest Sagem or Fly handset (some ppl do buy those ;) ) then better carry you own charger and look for plug points (you can find quite a few of those too).
