Get your Verizon Treo 700w and 700wx up-to-date with the official Palm update!

Palm’s hooked it up with official updates for your Verizon (NYSE: VZ)-powered Treo 700w and Treo 700wx! Just in time to breathe some new life into that aging Windows Mobile 5.0 OS, the update bumps up WinMo5 to version 1.22. For the 700w, that means some DUN Bluetooth/USB tethering, A2DP stereo Bluetooth, one-touch speakerphone- and mute-button access from your home screen. The 700wx does without the updated home-screen goodness, but at least you get DUN and A2DP.
