They are available for the "business users" but when I inquired about getting one the rates were outrageous. SoftBank have had the PDA style X01HT out for a while and will release the X02HT and X01T soon. I would change carriers but the SoftBank area coverage is not as good as the DoCoMo network in the country areas.
