
According to a report by Fierce Wireless, worldwide revenue from data services excluding SMS reached 11.3 billion dollars last quarter, it was only 8.1 billion last year. SMS traffic rose by 50% which lead to a 23% increase in revenue.
This is THE market to be in and I only wish the people in Silicon Valley would stop worrying about building rich applications in the browser.
