Vodafone 1210 – an entry level Windows Mobile 6 smartphone

Vodafone (NYSE: VOD) recently released the quite simple camera-less Windows Mobile 6 based candybar-shaped smartphone, seemingly targeting feature phone users who couldn’t handle all the complexity and size of the smartphones, and/or who weren’t allowed to have a camera while working. So they’ve came up with Vodafone 1210, the device which looks like a feature phone yet packs all the advantages of a powerful smartphone like document viewer, web and email access, media player, etc.

Other specs of this device include 2.2″ screen, 128MB ROM and 64MB RAM, Bluetooth, and microSD expansion slot — all in all, the Vodafone 1210 is truly an entry-level smartphone that will provide its users with a sneak peak to the world of smart mobile computing… Check out more photos after the jump.
