Metal Gear Solid coming to mobile phones

As part of its 20th Anniversary event in Tokyo, Konami unveiled mobile version of its popular Metal Gear Solid title. As we can see from the few screenshots and from a trailer, the game promises tons of high-quality 3D action, just like the original title. I can already hear MGS fans asking “When?” Truth to be said – we don’t know! Konami only confirmed the version for the Japanese market, though we hope other parts of the world won’t be forgotten. Also, to note – the game developer along with Sony Ericsson (NYSE: SNE) will release the special MGS branded handset.
