The 99 Cents Only Store wants to lure customers to its grand opening in Westchester, CA. with a $0.99 Apple iPhone 4GB! Simply be one of the first 9 customers in line for the grand opening and you can get your hands on the highly-sought iPhone for just a buck! The next 99 customers get a scooter for the same price, but we’re sure the iPhone will be the star of this event.
