AT&T refuses to stop expanding. Just yesterday, the “iPhone carrier” unveiled the first AT&T (NYSE: T) Experience Store on the East Coast. Located at 136 Perimeter Center West in Atlanta, the new store is staffed by 30 employees and occupies more than 5,000 square feet. Virtually all the things AT&T is offering is on display under the single roof – home entertainment, music, video, games and the latest mobile phones.
There are three-dozen screens located throughout the store and six integrated “customer experience” stations – AT&T Entertainment, AT&T Home Connections, Music, Gaming, Messaging and Video, and Laptop Mobility – which encourage customer interaction with “cutting-edge wireline, wireless and converged services.” Plus, centrally located Personal Style Studio showcases high-end accessories and allows customers to purchase external wireless features, such as ringtones, crystal handset designs and phone “tattoos,” or pictures that customers can download to a laptop in-store, print on a sticker and apply to wireless phones.
That’s it. This is the first such AT&T store outside Texas, and the carrier promises to open several additional AT&T Experience Stores throughout the nine-state Southeast territory this year.

I visited the Atlanta store yesterday morning & asked about the 8925 (aka HTC Kaiser). The sales guy there told me they had recently met with a HTC rep who briefed them on the phone. They were told to expect it by the end of August — or at least that’s what the sales guy told me.
