BlackBerry 8310 and Pearl 2 coming to AT&T in September

The 8310 (code name Papa Bear) is a Curve with GPS. The Pearl 2 (code name Comet) … we have no clue what is so special about it except the fact that it will come in 8 colors. Makes sense since I saw a lot of non executives toting the pearl, those mainstream users want variety.
When the fonts stop sucking, I might consider picking one of these babies up. How good is the Java support on BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM)’s?

Hello Stefan,
I have to tell you; I have a Nokia E61i and also have a BlackBerry Pearl. The Nokia device is a long way ahead from BlackBerry, better user interface and also so many 3rd party software compatible with it, I think Nokia is the best. Also there is a fact that I pay attention, while for Nokias the software to edit documents (quickword for example) costs no more than 50 USD Dollars; the software that do the same in BlackBerry (Eoffice) costs 200 USD Dollars. That makes the Nokia phones more atractive than the BlackBerry phones.
My friend, Nokia is Nokia.
