Does it matter what version of the phone you have? I have the Orange SPV M3100 which is the TyTN but released for Orange….

To be honest, I’m not sure. In theory it should work, but you should check with Orange — who knows what else they’ve put on top of their TyTN version.

Does this Tytn have a video call for real? Because mine says its been disabled and you should disregard the function in the manual guide.

Hi Bill, I’ve looked every where on their site and eventually on their bulletin board (you need to be on support page and it is on the left side listing.) There is an announcement 16/10/08 – Windows Mobile® 6 Upgrade Deadline. So you see It is no longer available on their site :( you can try doing a search on this site. http://forum.xda-developers.com. If you are experiencing problems like I am with memory card you need to replace it with compatible card. I put in a Kingston 2GB and it screwed up my phone continually. You can down load the new charcoal grey default home skin from here http://rs54.rapidshare.com/files/36282384/Htc_default.tsk you will also need htc home installed for the new skin to work.
