Only, what about those who think they can text and drive, but are inept and end up hanging their front end on a telephone wire as seen above? Most of the drivers have difficulty around here with just operating the vehicle properly- let alone throwing talking on a cellphone or texting into the mix as I weave in and out of the line of hoopleheads in a black German sedan.
