First Chinese phone with 3.8″ screen

I like writing about certain Chinese phones. While I’m well aware that some handset manufacturers in the world’s fastest growing economy will end up guilty for various copyright infringements, I find it very interesting to watch their speed of producing new devices, with some of them sporting such features even phones from the well-known brands lack — i.e. WQVGA displays, more than 2 speakers.

Recently I’ve spotted one such device which sports 3.8″ touchscreen. No, it’s not WQVGA, yet it’s huge enough for comfortable video playback. Other specs include TV out, 2 MP camera, media player, stereo Bluetooth and four powerful speakers. The bad side is — you guessed correctly — the size. This phone measures 135×68x16 mm and weighs 360 grams. Way too much in my book. On the second thought, device this large may target industrial usage…
