Verizon ONE-BILL, integrated billing

By Dusan Belic on Friday, August 17th, 2007 at 12:43 AM PST In Announcements, Verizon

Verizon ONE-BILLNot exactly the pure mobile news, but if you’re using Verizon (NYSE: VZ) for more than mobile phone service, you’ll be glad to know that they’ve just announced integrated billing option. What this is means is that instead of paying multiple bills, you can apply for a single monthly bill (ONE-BILL) for all their services — “ONE-BILL combines the bill statements for Verizon calling, broadband and entertainment services, and Verizon Wireless service into one monthly statement.”

Plus, in order to sweeten the deal, they’re adding a $9.99 discount to all customers with a qualifying plan, whatever that means. More information is available on Verizon’s site.

I am very upset with the way “One-Bill” is handeling customer service, i have never had any problems with “verizon” “cells”,”Internet” …. untill i had them combined… they did not generate a bill till 3 months later, charged my credit card with out permission, and now that im off “One-Bill” they will only except “CASH ONLY” and are charging me late fees. To top it off i cant get ahold of anyone that can help me solve this situation! im very upset and would like this matter taken care of. I will discurage anyone from getting “Flex”/”One-Bill”.
