		<description>I am very upset with the way &quot;One-Bill&quot; is handeling customer service, i have never had any problems with &quot;verizon&quot; &quot;cells&quot;,&quot;Internet&quot; .... untill i had them combined... they did not generate a bill till 3 months later, charged my credit card with out permission, and now that im off &quot;One-Bill&quot; they will only except &quot;CASH ONLY&quot; and are charging me late fees. To top it off i cant get ahold of anyone that can help me solve this situation! im very upset and would like this matter taken care of. I will discurage anyone from getting &quot;Flex&quot;/&quot;One-Bill&quot;.</description>
