Sony Ericsson T650, the one with kinda strange keyboard, has been released. Just as we expected, it hit the street in August and is currently retailing for about $550 in Hong Kong, though you could get it for just a bit less on eBay. I would suggest waiting just a little bit more, when the price goes down. Final price should be around $400-$450 for the unlocked device, or even less with an appropriate contract on a GSM carrier.
