This is not the ONLY Nokia Music Manager that is going to be hired, there will be scores of them for each sub-market, as part of a global organization. And even if you would think Finland as a sub-market is not big enough, the SIZE of a particular market is not all that matters. Finland is Nokia's home market and in a country with extremely high cell phone and internet penetration and people with disposable income, and less attachment to any particular existing service = perfect market for testing things out.
