We know HP is preparing to launch the new business-centric smartphones, but except the fact that they will run the latest Windows Mobile 6, we haven’t got any other information. Now, on MoDaCo forums we spotted two photos of the upcoming iPAQ 614c and 914c models.

HP new smartphones

Apparently, the iPAQ 614c will be the ultimate business device, sporting such features as the full QWERTY keyboard, 2.8″ QVGA screen, 3G radio, WiFi, GPS and a 3 MP camera. On the other side, the 914c is is coming with the same specs with the only difference in the screen size (2.5″) and orientation, plus (or minus) it won’t come with the full QWERTY keyboard, but a standard numeric keypad.

No word on pricing or availability at this stage, but be sure we’ll let you know as soon as we find out.
