It's better than anything else I've tried, but for those of us with really tiny ear canels, it simply doesn't fit. The smallest plug that they provide is still to big (not Blue Ant gigantic and unusable big, but still too big). Does anybody know if you can use other ear plugs with it like Jabra's? I'm desperate because I love the headset's performance, but am never comfortable wearing it. It always pops out of my ear. I’ve had my Gennum for awhile now.
