Dave at Mobility Today is definitely awesome on video, hell I’m tempted to go to the dark side, but I need to convince myself to wait for Photon. All that aside, his textual review is brief and to the point, but you should just skip it and watch this. Awesome site Dave, subscribed:

I’m sorry, I don’t want to sound like a fan boy here, but honestly, after owning an iPhone everything (other than 3g internet :( ) looks painfully if not laughably slow…. look at how long it takes to load the weather, or the switch between applications… c’mon :(

Thank you soo much for your kind words! I try hard to deliver an informational review.. Unboxings dont cut it..

    Thanks Again!

Uh, the video and the phone might be great, but how objective can this guy be? Not very since he operates a store though his site and he mentions it several times in the ‘informational review’. Comon, he even opens up his store site on the phone during the video and has links to products for sale in his write-up! I don’t trust him.

How can you even try and compare an Iphone to this phone? It’s like comparing a bicycle to a motorcycle. This is what a ‘smartphone’ is suppose to be: Unlocked, 3rd party software, Wifi, GPS, etc. The Iphone is nothing but a little Ipod with a phone. I had one for a week before I took it back. You can’t even cut and paste or add ringtones to the thing. When you are paying this kind of money for a phone you want freedom. Freedom to add the software you need. Freedom to use any carrier you want. Freedom to add the ringtones you want. Iphone looks great…. and for media it’s the best, but for those of us who want real solutions and options for a smartphone… the HTC blows the Iphone out of the water.

and when it comes to iphone. iphone have to lay down in this battle so that it doesnt get hurt to much.
