Nokia Siemens Networks working with Airvana on 3G femtocell technology

A femtocell is basically a repeater that people who have poor reception in their house can use to get more of those magically delicious bars. According to research by ABI this market is expected to grow 95% year after year and reach $4 Billion by 2012.
