Official Nokia next generation N-Gage 2007 launch video

By Dusan Belic on Monday, September 17th, 2007 at 1:31 AM PST In Gaming, Nokia

Somehow we’ve missed the official N-Gage demo video. If you’re still wondering what’s that all about, the short 1-minute video is here to help. The most important thing you should know as a gamer is that you’ll be able to try before you buy. Basically, Nokia (NYSE: NOK) will allow virtual renting of games for approximately 1 EUR. Then, if you like the game you can buy it later. Neat, huh? Enjoy the presentation.

Where is the E90? I could not spot it, although I watched the video a couple of times..

My bad. It’s the N93. How foolish can one be. I have the N93 and I thought it’s the E90. I shouldn’t drink in the morning. :)

  3. Radu says:

What you saw as E90 is probably an N93 or an N93i. There are still a lot of N’series phones that are not into N-gage. I don’t think they would change so quickly to E’series.

The demos are totally free! :-)

There will be renting too, but you don’t have to pay anything just to try a game.

Also, they haven’t actually announced the rental prices yet, although they will be less than the price of buying games (which is 6 to 10 euros plus any local taxes).

For now you don’t need to pay for trying games.
