Sidekick Slide hits the FCC
By Dusan Belic on Wednesday, September 19th, 2007 at 12:21 AM PST In Devices, FCC, Motorola, T-Mobile

We know one or possibly both Sidekick Slide and Sidekick LX “Shuriken” are coming in October. Now we have the Slide one appearing on the FCC pages, meaning it’s about ready to be sold on the U.S. soil. Already few hundred words were spent on IntoMobile on the Sidekick Slide, I’ll just repeat that it WON’T have the classic Sidekick mechanism for opening up the keyboard — rather the screen will simply slide up without any screen rotation. In addition, unlike the earlier Sidekick devices and “Shuriken” which were manufactured by Sharp, this Sidekick is made by Motorola (NYSE: MOT).
Anyway, you’re free visit Slide’s FCC listing page, from where you can also grab the user’s manual if you want to.
