Talk about a pile of hype large enough to hit the moon. Blyk is having a press conference right now and the folks at Tech Digest are doing a great job covering it on their live blog. The essential pieces of information you need to know are that the ads are nothing more than an MMS message, Blyk doesn’t sell handsets, they only mail you a SIM card. You have to be between 16 – 24 to sign up for the service and be invited to join, no exceptions. You get 270 free text messages a month and 40 free minutes, no data. The following currencies are all British Sterling: Data is 99 cents per megabyte, text messages are 10 cents per and minutes cost 15 cents each per after you go past your monthly allowance.

u are all dumb idiots all u have to do to get ur fucking blyk simcard is logon to http://www.blyk.co.uk/blykjoinhome/1409 and need to be 16-24 then u need proof eather drivers licence or passport
If you go to the official page at http://www.blyk.me you will be taken to signup page that does not need invite code.
You only need to supply passport/ driving licence number if you are not on the electrol register.If you are not on register because you are under 18 then you only need ID id your parents are not on register.
So basically if you or your parents / family are on register you dont need ID.
The ID check is not carried out by blyk but by another company called http://www.gb.co.uk using their ID3 system.
GB do a lot of government work so your details are 100% safe.
