Following Britain, Germany and France, Apple (NSDQ: AAPL) is now reportedly negotiating with Nordic carriers over the sale of iPhone. Apparently, two operators are involved: TeliaSoner which has a large network in Sweden and Finland, and Telenor which operates primarily in Norway, but also in some eastern European countries. As expected, both carriers are reporting increased interest in iPhone from their users and it will certainly be fun to watch how iPhone holds in the land of Sony Ericsson (NYSE: SNE) (Sweden) and Nokia (NYSE: NOK) (Finland). Have no doubt about it, we’ll watch that space closely and keep you folks well informed…

When I glanced at the subject, I thought we were talking about the exercise machines… whoops.
It’s TeliaSonera, Telia in Sweden and Sonera in Finland. You know here in Finland subsidizing the phone is allowed only for 3G, so the current iPhone would have to be SIM-free?
By the law in Finland, it would have to be either a 3G iPhone or SIM-free iPhone. Interesting…
TeliaSonera also operate in Denmark so it is almost certain the deal would also include us
