AT&T to launch red BlackBerry Curve 8310?Although you can’t say that from the image on the right, AT&T (NYSE: T) is reportedly preparing to launch the BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) Curve 8310 in red. Again and again we see both carriers and handset makers releasing their handsets in multiple colors to appeal to both sexes and different styles. Hack, we’ve even seen T-Mobile (NYSE: DT) releasing BlackBerry Pearl in slew of colors to choose from. And my thinking is – why not — after all, RIM wants to push the Pearl and the Curve to both business and individual users. If it’s the color that helps them do that — it’s a neat and not-that-expensive move. And no, we don’t know the exact date when we’ll see the red Curve hitting the AT&T stores…

    just spoke with RIM who says ATT IS NOT offering the Curve is RED……major bummer I think. Lots of folks wanted this when the rumors were flying! But, other carriers around the globe are offering it. GO FIGURE!!
