Their customer support sucks big time. Someone named Kitty Xia from Shanghai, China keeps responding with the same writings like a robot and the response takes 10-15 days. Keeps telling that I have to use a 3rd party VOIP software. Why should I need to when Windows Mobile 6 added this as a major feature and default one with the release of their Windows Mobile 6. Simply put, it's not worth the money with all the hassle you have to go thru to get answers and support from ASUS. ASUS Intentionally removed the Internet Calling feature.
