Samsung T539 Beat launches on T-MobileSamsung and T-Mobile have gone official with the Samsung SGH-T539 – the Samsung Beat. We had leaked info on this quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900Mhz) clamshell phone a while back, and it’s finally hit the market – although it’s really no cause for celebration. That is, unless you like slightly awkward-looking flip-phones with illuminated green-ring speakers on the front-side. Hey, at least you get two songs pre-loaded on this mid-range music-phone – by Anisha Nicole and Natalie Williams.

$99.99 (with two-year contract, of course) will put the Samsung Beat’s 1.3 megapixel camera, stereo Bluetooth, microSD card (bundled with a 1GB microSD card), and that nifty green-ring in your pocket. If that’s really what you want.
