Another RIM BlackBerry outage?

The title says it all. Reports are coming in from various interwebs that indicate another RIM BlackBerry server outage. If this turns out to be more than a regional/isolated outage, we’re looking at yet another RIM outage - the second outage in as many months. Oh, and this would make it strike three for RIM’s BlackBerry servers. Wasn’t this supposed to never happen again again.
