AT&T has taken a surprisingly open stance, instead opting to ensure all of their "music phones" are PlaysForSure compatible (which, most the new S60 devices are), and T-Mobile USA is just behind in everything except for prices, so this device looks like it would be a slam-dunk to both of the carriers over here.
