Samsung SGH-i617 approved by the FCC; Is this BlackJack 2?

Samsung SGH-i617 approved by the FCC

We’ve just spotted Samsung SGH-i617 passing the FCC hurdle. And while we don’t have much information about this device, everything points to the BlackJack successor. Just look at its shape and compare it to the original BlackJack, whose model number is coincidentally i607.

Anyway, We know the i617 will rock HSDPA 850 / 1900, hence it will probably hitting AT&T (NYSE: T)’s shelves within few weeks. Hopefully, Samsung will also include WiFi and slightly better keyboard with this business-centric baby. And Windows Mobile 6, of course. We’ll see…

    i have sgh i320 its realy great ,i want change by new one sgh i617 but in our market no body care for this model., wish if i can find it in cairo .,
