Led Zeppelin has signed on with Verizon Wireless to bring their illustrious catalogue of music to subscribers of the No. 2 US wireless carrier. The deal will give Verizon Wireless customers access to Led Zeppelin ringtones, ringback tones, wallpapers, and even full-song downloads – all over-the-air (OTA).
Come November 13, Verizon Wireless will be the “exclusive over-the-air retailer of digital downloads from Led Zeppelin.” VZW will be serving up the full-song downloads through their VCAST Music service, allowing customers to download the songs right on their mobile phone – no computer required.
Rock on, Verizon. Rock on.
