I’ve bought USB Connect 881 but there is no manual book with it. Now, I want that manual book. How can I ?

Yes I have the same problem . At peak times of the day you can forget connecting . They must be over sold on bandwidth .
It will work fairly well in 23g markets but I do not live in a 3g market .

I have had a sierra wireless card through AT&T since February also. It will go days without connecting and during peak hours EVERYDAY it will not connect. I know it is not my computer because I have tried it on multiple computers.
I have even gone into AT&T and had my card checked out. They said nothing was wrong. The same problems keep happening.
Other people I have spoken with that have the AT&T Sierra wireless card have said the same thing.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS 3G HIGH SPEED WITH MY AIRCARD 881 AND I HAVE HAD IT SINCE FEB. NOT VERY HAPPY WITH PERFORMANCE AT 2G. HELP!!!
