Palm Centro coming to AT&T?

A rumor is floating around the Web that AT&T is working with Palm on the GSM-based Centro smartphone. Apparently, Sprint’s exclusivity will not last that long and AT&T wants to make some money from the remaining Palm OS addicts. Naturally, nothing is still confirmed but somehow it makes sense for both Palm and AT&T — Palm certainly needs more phone sales and AT&T has nothing to lose, only to gain. Or not. Guess, we’ll have to wait and see where this goes. Stay tuned…
