Verizon Wireless to get XV6800/HTC Titan in November?

Oh, to be a Verizon (NYSE: VZ) Wireless customer. Always behind on the latest handsets and always dealing with Verizon’s customized UI. With the AT&T 8525 and Sprint Mogul already old news, it looks like Verizon Wireless is just starting to get a crack at the last generation HTC Titan platform.
Sources are reporting that the XV6800/HTC Titan is set to hit Big Red’s network in mid-November – we’re looking for a November 16 launch. Word has it that the XV6800 could launch online sales on November 2. After missing our last rumored launch window, we hoping this one pans out.
It’s all speculation, but we’ve been expecting Verizon to drop the XV6800 on us for some time now. And, with the recent announcement of the Xv6800, a mid-November launch window seems right on track. So just keep on waiting a bit longer, loyal Verizon Wireless customer. You’ve already waited this long, what’s another month?
