It took 3 months, but Nokia and STMicroelectronics finally sealed the deal they announced earlier in August to transfer 185 employees from Finland to the UK. Nokia is no longer making their own chips but instead outsourcing their effort. We all know this press release will fall on deaf ears with less than 10 hours to go to hear about Google’s mobile plans.
