Video: Hacker clones Sony Ericsson W580i shake funtion to Nokia N95

The Sony Ericsson (NYSE: SNE) W580i has a gimmicky feature that enables you to shake the device to change track. Someone, and I’m trying to score more details on the guy, copied that functionality to the Nokia (NYSE: NOK) N95 which we just found out recently has a full blown accelerometer inside.

    That accelerometer is getting more and more interesting with each passing day.

    touzeen; It’s the standard music player. The skin is just different.

    There is an application called the nokmote which should be released in december this year, it will work for all controls of the N95 though not just the music player, also the new release of rotate me will feature a mode where when you turn the n95 portrait it will rotate the screen.
