Video: Nokmote, when developers get creative with the accelerometer inside the N95

This French developer is highly creative and makes me wonder why Nokia (NYSE: NOK) took so long to tell people about the built in accelerometer inside the N95, N95 8 GB, soon to be N82 and hopefully more models down the line. Check it out:

simmply AMazinggg, y did i sold my n95
Haha, horrible name, but cool idea.
Too bad it’s more gimmicky than useful. Rotateme is still by far the baddest accelerometer tweak there is. That and maybe the Walkman “shake” tweak.
Thats just amazing, but yeah not that useful or at least i cant come up with any use for it.
N93i also has an accelerometer since the 20.0.084 firmware update.
Simply awesome! Every phone from now on should have this kind of function integrated.
Oh, hell yes! I can’t wait to get this app running on my N95. Using this feature to play games on the big screen will be awesome indeed.
IS this software safe? I read some where(on the internet) that the person who was using the SE shake software(that hacker) on the N95- The accelerometer got damaged or blown.
Will all the software be availible for the N95 8GB
Mobile Accelerometer is the future of mobile apps, Its absolutely amazing what can be achieved with a few hours worth of designing. Check out this wallpaper with accelerometer feature, that Chris, our resident mobile developer and designer did for a bit of fun. It works on the K850i and you can download it for free at http://www.welovemobile.co.uk/blog/?p=119
