Just shot the unboxing video, will upload later today. I’ve had the N95 for a little under 24 hours now and initial impressions are fantastic. Build quality is out of this world for an Nseries device, on demand paging is literally a gift from god thanks to absolutely zero memory errors, battery life is amazing, not enough can be said about the brilliant 2.8 inch screen, this is the snappiest S60 device I’ve ever touched, WiFi is faster than a speeding bullet, but (and there always is a but) the camera is inferior to the regular N95, at least in my initial indoor tests. Images appear softer and colors don’t “pop” like they do on my old N95. Stay tuned for more coverage.

Yeah- I’ve noticed that is seems there is far more noise present in the 8GB images captured in low level light conditions.
What’s your thoughts on the new form of lens protection? Initially quite upset with the lack of proper lens protection, I thought I would get over it once I started playing with the 8 gigger and the US variant- but I just can’t. I see a glare in night shots from off frame light sources if not shielded, and I find even if you wipe the piece of perspex over the lens- in high level light conditions, grease may still remain, resulting in a hazy shot in bright light conditions. I’m seriously bugged by the removal of a mechanical lens cover. What do you think so far?
