I have no worries with the slide function, as I would with the swivel. I'm really depressed though, at the fact that the slide has been discontinued. But two questions: A)Will Slide users still recieve updates? B)Do all the sidekicks have the same battery? I am soo through with sidekicks. Tmobile denied me the credit to geta new phone. tried to make me buy a whole new phone or either wait until the end of 2009 to get a upgrade. DO NOT PURCHASE THE SLIDES! THEY ARE ALL STILL DEFECTIVE! the replacement device they send u is called a "like new device", they cant even send a brand new one.
