I'm currently on my 3rd Blackjack 1st one was recalled, 2nd overheated to where it could have caused harm, now on my third, signal drop, poor service, locks itself in the middle of tasks, will not charge or sync up, adapter stopped working. AT&T refuses to help me, I can spend hours on the phone and nothing will amount to it. While doing some research/problem solving I ran across this page.
I’m currently on my 3rd Blackjack
1st one was recalled, 2nd overheated to where it could have caused harm, now on my third, signal drop, poor service, locks itself in the middle of tasks, will not charge or sync up, adapter stopped working. AT&T refuses to help me, I can spend hours on the phone and nothing will amount to it.

My phone has a manfacturer's date of 07.07, (After the listed date range). But I have the exact same problem (lots of dropped calls and degraded signal quality). I requested a replacement & AT&T is currently shipping me a replacement express over night. Hope this helps I just finished speaking to AT&T concerning the exact same problem.
