Hi ! I hear lott of complain of w960i here in sweden . Its have NO turbo3G “soon 2008″ and it are confuse not so easy meny , and not so good
toch screen “diffucult with penn” . But the biggest issiue SE say it a musicphone but the loudspeakers and sound is not so impressive, here they say you get more and better value to get other musicphones like from Nokia?
Whats your feelings to all this?

How’s the browser working? Is it a full HTML one and is it like the one on the computer?
coz this thing has wi-fi but it is useless without a good full html browser
does it has all those things like CSS, javascript, ajax and all the others?

Hi!
Working at sony ericsson and I’ve used this device for a couple of months. Just wondering what firmware you’ve got in yours.
I noticed a big change between the different softwares in my W960.

Still not quadband SE? The phone looks interesting, but if I don’t get reception here in the states, it’s useless. They should stop throwing us small bones with phones such as the K550, W580, etc…allow us to use your high-end devices, such as the P1i, W950, and now, the W960. The K850 has already been overshadowed by the N95 AND now the N82…you need to get this beast into the hands of as many people as possible -

sheesh I’m stupid, I could’ve left a comment here instead I torment you with e-mails… I’ll jsut c&p what I wrote to you
I was wondering how scratch resistant the display is, I know you probably can’t scratch it with some sharp object to find out, but maybe theres some other way to deduce scratch resistency. Also I was wondering how affected by finger smeers the display and the casing is. Another thing is that the keys seem to be quite fragile like those from the s500 ( I heard it’s a known defect that the keys will break easily for the s500 ). Of course the video and foto quality would be an issue as well as the browsing experience when going online and when browsing through your media.
Also I read about the w960 having handwriting recognition. I wonder how good that works.
And of course the battery life is an important factor for an all-in-one device.
Just a shame that it doesn’t support HSDPA

I’m with the others in stating that its a shame that it doesn’t support HSDPA. Ah well.
Seems a solid device, yes even in the US. If it were quad-band it would be a lot better.
If the software has been cleaned up and fine-tuned from the previous W950, then this could make a complelling alternative to the iPhone for a lot of folks.
