nokia triple slider Nokia triple slider patent gives you QWERTY, T9 and dedicated multimedia keys

In an age where less is considered more, the iPhone having only button, Nokia (NYSE: NOK) has just made a patent for a “layered mobile device” that has a dedicated QWERTY keyboard, T9 keys and dedicated multimedia control keys. I can’t even begin to think of the sheer level of complexity the sliding mechanism. Long story short, it’s nasty.
